Kent Schools’ U15 VIIs

This competition, run for around 40 years, will take place on

Thursday 27th February 2025
at
Gravesend Grammar School & Gravesend Rugby Club

Entry fee: £25

The separate tournament for schools developing rugby in the curriculum will continue.

Competition Format (Established Schools)

• 20 teams in 4 groups.
• Squads of 12 with rolling subs.
• Groups: Each team will play all others in their group, enabling a league result.
• The top 2 teams in each group progress to quarter finals, semi-finals and final.
• Registration at 9.15 am with the competition completed by approx. 4 pm.
• Generally, the first 20 teams to apply, with their entry fee, will be accepted.
• Subsequent applications will be placed on a reserve/waiting list in order of receipt. 

Competition Format (Developing Schools)

• Limit of 12 teams.
• Squads of 12 with rolling subs.
• League system: Each team plays 5 games; enabling a league result.
• Top two teams in each league progress to seni-final and final.
• Registration at 9.15 am with the competition completed by approx. 4 pm.
• The first 12 teams to apply, with their entry fee, will be accepted.
• Subsequent applications will be placed on a reserve/waiting list in order of receipt. 

Closing date for entries, together with payment, is 16th January
