The festival will continue in its new format
In accordance with the RFU's development pathway for youngsters the festival will be staged primarily for experience and for fun, without any emphasis on winners and losers.
Event limit is 36 teams.
If more than 36 apply those that have paid, by 16th Jamuary, will be included.
Teams past 36 will be put on the waiting list. in the order of receipt of tghier entry tequest.
